Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and VARENN LLC (“Company”, “VARENN”, “we”, “us”), registered in the State of Illinois, USA (EIN: 42-4495890, Principal Office: 3207 Alida St, Rockford, IL 61101).

By accessing our website (varennllc.net), booking any of our bespoke styling consultations, or completing a transaction via our authorized checkout provider (Whop), you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Bespoke Services

VARENN LLC provides exclusive luxury styling services, diagnostic consultations, capsule wardrobe design, and custom made-to-measure tailoring under the creative direction of Maria Medina.

All services are delivered as personalized advisory, custom digital dossiers, or hand-crafted made-to-measure salon sessions. VARENN does not sell mass-manufactured apparel or off-the-rack garments through this platform.

3. Payments & Whop Processing

All payments are processed securely through our authorized commerce infrastructure partner, Whop. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and eligible digital payment methods supported by Whop.

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable local, state, or federal sales taxes, which are calculated at checkout where legally mandated.

4. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Because our styling sessions and bespoke fittings require dedicated time, master tailor reservations, and pre-commissioned textile holds:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a confirmed salon appointment or virtual diagnostic with at least 48 hours advance written notice.
• Made-to-Measure Commissions: Once fabric has been cut or custom pattern drafting has commenced, deposits and service fees are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the work.
• Digital Dossiers & Color Profiles: Custom diagnostic deliverables are non-refundable once delivered to the Client.

5. Intellectual Property & Atelier Rights

All styling guides, customized color palettes, photography, Three.js shaders, video reels, sketches, pattern designs, and brand marks remain the exclusive intellectual property of VARENN LLC and Maria Medina. Deliverables provided to Clients are for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable United States law, VARENN LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital platforms or services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Winnebago County, Illinois.
